Middle School Athletic Eligibility Status

Please Note: At this time, all middle school students will temporarily display a status of "Not Eligible" in the Genesis Parent Portal.

This status is expected and does not mean there is a problem with your child's athletic registration or medical paperwork.

The Middle School Nurse does not report back to school until the start of the school year with the teaching staff. Once the nurse returns, all athletic medical forms will be reviewed.

Please be assured that all submitted paperwork will be reviewed and eligible students will be cleared before the start of any middle school athletic season.

If the nurse determines that additional information or documentation is needed, you will be contacted directly. No action is required unless you are contacted by the school nurse.
